Community is one of my favorite shows at the moment. Very unfortunate news about Dan Harmon being replaced as showrunner on his own show. Here’s a picture I did of one of my favorite episodes this season.

PFT once again appeared on the Doug Loves Movies podcast as all three guests. This time he brought along Cake Boss and Ice-T. Check it out on iTunes.

The Paul F. Tompkins special that I attended last year has finally been released! You can purchase Laboring Under Delusions on iTunes or Amazon. Here’s some quick sketches I did while watching it again.

Here’s one from a couple of months ago. I drew it after hearing that Paul had only recently gotten his driver’s licence. Naturally this is what appeared in my head.

Here’s a not-so-quick doodle of Louis C.K.
Live at the Beacon Theater had me in tears. And his FX show Louie is phenomenal. This is not hyperbole. He is amazing.

As I said in my last post, I’m a big fan of comedian Paul F. Tompkins. I recently started a Twitter account (@thejchriswong), which, so far, has been for the sole purpose of tweeting my PFT fan art. Here’s the latest, which draws inspiration from Paul’s last two appearances on the Who Charted? podcast.
Here’s another from a few weeks back, based on PFT’s appearance on the Doug Loves Movies podcast. I’d explain the context, but really, just go listen. Who Carted? and DLM are really funny podcasts worth checking out in their own right.
Paul was kind enough to retweet both these drawings.

I’m finally getting around to teaching myself Photoshop, albeit slowly. I just colored this picture I drew a while ago of my favorite comedian, Paul F. Tompkins. I attended his stand-up show on Saturday and had a really good time. His comedy has really evolved from when I first heard him. For a guy who’s first album is entitled Impersonal, he gets really personal these days with his storytelling. His anecdotes make me analyze my own life, if you can believe it. And even if you don’t, they still do.
